Our nightingale Lauren was lovely to work with, always on time and took great care of our newborn. She was very kind and we knew our baby was in good hands every night. She was also accommodating to our schedules, very forthcoming with ways to assist us, helping clean pump parts and bottles in the middle of the night and insightful with information about a variety of questions we had as new parents. We would highly recommend Well Supported Family!

I will admit I was a little nervous to allow essentially a stranger in my home to care for my brand new baby, but she was so kind, patient, and caring that it made my mama heart feel at ease. We trusted them completely to take care of our baby, and we were able to get a full night's sleep. Nightingale Night Nannies made the first 6 weeks a breeze compared to when we had our first baby.

Highly dependable night nurse / nanny company. Karina is the best when it comes to empathizing with new parents, and finding them night nannies that are a good fit.

We used Nightingale Nurses for the first 2 months of our baby's life and had 3 different nurses (due to changes in our schedule more than anything else). All 3 nurses were absolutely amazing. I felt confident and comfortable leaving my baby in their care. We appreciated that all of their nurses were screened, CPR certified and up to date on vaccines. Unlike other services, I felt that their care was backed and supported by science. And as a FTM they helped me getting my baby to sleep as well! Always happy to give me tips and tricks.

Nightingale was fantastic in setting me up with our night doula who completely saved us the first 6 weeks of our son’s life! They seamlessly helped me with reimbursement and scheduling- highly recommend!

As a first-time mom, Nightingale Night Nurses were so helpful! I was matched with a great nurse that helped me get much needed sleep post-pregnancy! We originally signed on for 8 weeks, but added an additional 4 weeks. The nurses provided much appreciated guidance and reassurance during the early days of motherhood. I would definitely recommend their services as they were great to work, flexible and understanding of our needs, during an exciting time in our lives.

Not only did our nightingale take excellent care of our baby, she was a guide for us as new parents. She helped us learn how to take care of our baby, take care of ourselves, and develop a routine that worked for all of us. Nightingale is the real deal -- very organized and professional, and with quick (and human!) responses. Our night nurse Jojo was incredible. She was such a crucial part of our first 12 weeks of parenthood. She showed up exactly on time every single time, never missed a shift, and showed warmth and respect for our baby. She taught us how to "sleep condition" at this very young age, and by the time the contract ended, our baby was sleeping through the night (no wake-ups!). We appreciated her presence so much, and I'm sure she is in high demand.

I can't say enough good things about Nightingale Night Nurses. We are so thankful to have had Tricia in our lives. She was with us twice and both times were wonderful. She made c-section recovery much easier. Karina was great to work with, she was so helpful in explaining everything and answering questions. We were so pleased with Nightingale Night Nurses and Lexi who came to our home! We were panicked after a first night home with our baby and Lexi calmed us and gave us some very helpful nighttime tips (as well as a decent night’s sleep). They were very professional and the bio that came with the nightingale put as at ease.

We had a great experience with them! I had a last minute request for a night nurse and they were so accommodating and found someone to help us. The nurse we had was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave us some great tips on getting our baby closer to sleeping through the night.

My husband and I used NNN for night nanny services for our twin girls from birth through 3 months for a varying number of nights per week. The communication was incredible and the nanny (and substitute/additional Nannies) we were paired up with were so well trained, kind, and caring towards our daughters. Specifically I cannot speak highly enough about Ashley and Toireasa who we worked with the most. Having them as a part of our team during those first few nights made such a positive impact on my mental health and gave us the ability to get some much needed rest (especially with a toddler also at home). Throughout the three months, the NNN team was so flexible and accommodating with additional day requests and date changes when possible. I wish we had done this with our older daughter and would definitely recommend.

Having Toireasa from Nightingale’s assistance after a rough last trimester and very late and complicated delivery was the best decision we made around our pregnancy. She was so thoughtful and helpful with our baby, and in addition to her duties, with her wealth of experience was able to provide informal insight and guidance on a variety of topics including breastfeeding and pumping schedules and day and nighttime routines for our little one. We could not have been happier with our experience and much of the credit for our daughter’s wonderful sleep habits are a result of Toireasa’s great work.

Rachel was so amazing. She came into our lives very swiftly as we reached out to you guys after our baby was born she was able to start nearly immediately after we got home in the hospital and it was a huge lifesaver. Rachel was so thoughtful, caring and took such good care of our baby each night she came to visit us, we loved working with her. We even extended her contract because she was giving us so much needed sleep. She would offer helpful tips and would text me before every shift to check in and see how I as a mom was doing and how our baby was doing. She was on time or early for every single shift and was so communicative and organized. I highly recommend Rachel as a night nurse, and would love to work with her again. Outside of the amazing care from Rachel, one stand out is how swiftly and quickly Nightingale Nurses was able to find me a night nurse, and get amazing care on a consistent basis for us right after our baby was born. I cannot thank you enough! I did not have a lot of parental support coming out of this birth, and your services saved my and my partners mental health because we were able to get sleep!

Rachel was absolutely amazing. She took such great care of our baby. We were able to get some great sleep knowing our baby was in such caring hands. She was also very accommodating with me pumping at night and took care of the milk and washed/sanitized all pump parts so I was set for the next morning. Plainly said: Rachel is outstanding!

I used Nightingale Night Nurses with my first baby, and my husband and I always say that it was the best money we ever spent. We were paired with Jhenelle who is not only an incredible night nurse but also a fantastic person. By the end of our 8-weeks with her, our baby is sleeping through the night for 10 hours (with just one short feeding) and can fall asleep independently. (Anyone who has had a newborn knows that this is nothing short of a miracle!) Jhenelle taught us so much, even beyond sleep, and I truly don't know what we would have done without her, especially as new parents. I am already planning (and hoping) that Jhenelle will work with us again when we have our second child.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Nightingale Night Nurses. We just had twins in January, and they are a handful as you would expect. After much deliberation we decided to get a night nurse 1-2 nights a week, despite some initial reticence surrounding a stranger coming into our house overnight. Are babies are extremely colicky, and we needed a night to recharge after really tough evenings. Working with Kim we found exactly what we needed - someone we could rely on. After the first 10 minutes I already trusted her, based on the questions she asked, her genuine interest in our children, and her responsiveness throughout the day. If you need help at night - don't delay/waffle on the decision - I can assure you NNN is the right course of action!

We had a great experience with Nightingale for overnight care. We used them for two nights per week for the first six weeks The contracting/payment process was smooth and straightforward. Nightingale was super responsive and worked with me to use an employer benefit for reimbursement (and had experience working with this benefit, which I was appreciative of). Our nurse, Jen, was communicative, always on time and so experienced. We felt reassured by her calm demeanor and felt little nervousness handing off our newborn son after we got home from the hospital. Our son slept his best nights with Jen, and we looked forward to her visits all week through the first few difficult newborn weeks. I don’t know what we would have done without our Nightingale. Highly recommend this service to any families with a newborn.

I plan on recommending Nightingale to everyone I know. Not only was their process incredibly efficient, smooth, and communicative, but the quality of the doulas they presented me with were outstanding and actually exceeded my expectations. Laurel really blew me away on our call - she's a natural at what she does and I felt instantly comfortable with her just after a 20 minute phone convo. She is a real asset to Nightingale. The same goes for Kim - her experience almost speaks for itself, but add to that her unassuming disposition and calm nature, I can really see how she is a gift for any client. I have only good things to say about my experience!
